Meet Ella
I am a tea enthusiast, nature lover and devoted sister. My love of the outdoors began in my own backyard in South Carolina where I spent hours swimming in the creek, climbing trees and playing with my three sisters. In nature I learned the joy of moving; I believe our bodies (mind and spirit too) are capable of incredible changes, growth, playful action, and creation. My family is a strong community; supportive, understanding and encouraging.
My yoga classes are grounded in these same principles. I moved to Philly to study dance and slowly fell in love with the movement and arts community I discovered. I strive to offer a class that allows others to also release into their potential and enjoy their physical practice in a safe and supportive environment. I instruct from a trauma-informed lens and honor every person’s journey. I feel drawn to working with a broad population, from those who have never stepped foot on a yoga mat or into a Pilates class, to expecting mothers, families, and the experienced mind-body practitioner.
